Career Search using Student Survey

Our Career Search section is using a student survey to find the best fitted careers for the students. The purpose of this survey is to help students with the kinds of careers they want to pursue, based on their interests and preparation levels. The landing page for the survey is based on my many years of survey design for different industries and includes 60 questions (using Likert scale of 1 for strongly dislike to 5 for strongly like) and is easily understood by all students (Junior high to university levels). The survey can be partially completed, progress saved, and revisited multiple times.

The result is presented through a bar chart. And based on the student selected training and experience, a listing of matching jobs is generated by the department of Labor. Students, their parents/guardians, and counselors can use the selected jobs during college planning.
