Student Experience Program

In order to understand the needs of each student in your school or practice, we need to measure their feedback for each touch point they have within school or the counselor's practice. To carry out this, we need to create surveys which would ask relevant questions from students in regards to their experience with their school/practitioner environment. The questions in the surveys should be systematically designed. Ours is appropriate for the type of survey we are using, and questions are approved by the Department Education.


In addition, we have designed many customer experience programs for different industries.

In order to get high response rates from any surveys, the customer experience program must include an introduction including the purpose of the survey, how long will it take to complete the survey, a brief introduction on how to complete the survey, a landing page

to the survey, ensure confidentiality of the responses, and signed by a person who has rapport with the students.

We currently have 4 surveys in our platform (including social emotional learning), with summary of the responses available to be reviewed by authorized personnel. Based on the school's/practice request, we can add or refine questions to each survey or create a new one.

The surveys can be used as a single component by each school/practitioner.
